No hot water in the shower. Must bring most things with you, toilet paper, towels, useful utensils, ECT. Then when you leave, you are expected to clean everything spotless. Sweep AND mop. Then your room is inspected by the on site property manager before you leave.

Cute place. My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway there.
$250 deposit up front. A very unwelcoming set of rules posted to the wall with very excessive nomenclature despite having cheap and very minimal amenities. You seem to be treated as a bunch of unruly college students before you even arrive.
Nice little get away. Place is a little dated, but a great place to stay on a budget.
The poor hospitality level makes you feel as if you don't belong and are unwelcome despite happily accepting your money.
